By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. This website is information, not an offer
Everything published here — service descriptions, guides in our Knowledge Centre, price ranges, project photos and financing information — is provided for general information. It is not a quote, not a contract, and not a binding offer to perform work.
No work is agreed and no price is fixed until both you and State Restoration Services sign a written agreement describing the specific scope, materials and price for your property.
3. Requests, estimates and inspections
- Submitting a form or requesting an inspection does not create a contract, and does not obligate you to buy anything.
- Free inspections are offered in the areas we serve; we may decline or reschedule based on distance, weather, roof safety or availability.
- Any figure given before an inspection is an estimate based on the information you provided. The real scope can change once we see the roof.
- Please give accurate contact and property details — we rely on them to reach you and to schedule safely.
4. Guides and articles are general information
Our articles describe how roofing, storm damage and insurance claims generally work in Illinois. Every roof, policy and claim is different. Nothing on this site is legal advice, insurance advice, or a promise about how your insurer will treat your claim.
About insurance claims. Under Illinois law a roofing contractor may not negotiate or adjust an insurance claim on a homeowner's behalf. Claim representation is performed by licensed public adjusters, including partner firms we work alongside. Contracting and claim representation are separate services performed under separate agreements, and choosing one never obliges you to use the other.
5. Financing
Financing options shown on this site are provided by third-party lenders. Approval, rates, terms and eligibility are decided by the lender, not by us. We do not guarantee approval, and the lender's own agreement governs any loan.
6. Reviews, photos and project galleries
Reviews shown on this site are real reviews left by our customers, including on Google. Project photos are of work performed by our crews. Results shown are specific to those properties and are not a promise of the same outcome, timeline or cost for yours.
7. Using this website
You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own non-commercial use. You may not:
- copy our text, photos or licence documents to present them as your own or another company's;
- scrape or bulk-download the site, or try to interfere with how it runs;
- submit forms with false details, or use our forms to send unsolicited commercial messages;
