How the free inspection works
You pick a time, we come out, and you get an honest written report — no cost, no pressure. Most inspections take under an hour, and you keep the photos and estimate whether or not you decide to move forward.
Once you submit the form above (or call us), we'll confirm your appointment — usually within one business hour. On the day, one of our estimators inspects the roof, gutters, siding and flashing, photographs anything that looks worn or storm-damaged, and walks you through what they found in plain language. If it's storm or hail damage, we document it thoroughly and prepare a code-compliant estimate you can hand to your insurer; under Illinois law a roofer can't negotiate the claim, so our affiliated licensed public adjuster can represent you on that part.
