Volodymyr Lukaniuk

Volodymyr leads roofing and storm-restoration work at State Restoration Services and is the voice behind our Knowledge Centre — the guides that help homeowners understand their roof, their damage and their options before they ever sign anything.

He grew up around this work in a family-owned company, and he still believes the same thing we started with in 2018: do it honestly, explain it plainly, and treat every home like it's a neighbor's. That means real inspections with photos, straight answers about repair-vs-replace, and no "$99 whole-roof" gimmicks from out-of-town storm chasers.

Volodymyr is also a licensed public adjuster, so he understands both sides — the roof and the claim. When a storm rolls through the Chicago suburbs, he makes sure the damage is documented correctly from the first inspection, and the claim itself is handled through our affiliated licensed public adjuster, State Adjusting Services, so nothing gets left on the table.
