Volodymyr Lukaniuk

Volodymyr leads roofing and storm-restoration work at State Restoration Services, looks after the homeowners we work with, and is the voice behind our Knowledge Centre — the guides that help people understand their roof, their damage and their options before they ever sign anything.

His background is unusually complete for this work. He holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture & Urban Development from Lviv Polytechnic and a Master’s in Legal Studies — so he understands both how a building is actually put together and how the law and paperwork around an insurance claim really work.

He is a licensed public adjuster in Illinois and Indiana, a licensed Illinois roofing contractor and general contractor, and a HAAG-certified inspector — the recognized standard for assessing storm and hail damage. That combination is rare: he can document damage to a professional standard and, as a licensed public adjuster, represent homeowners on the claim itself, while our crews handle the construction.

He grew up around this in a family-owned company, and still believes what we started with in 2018: do it honestly, explain it plainly, and treat every home like a neighbor's. Everything he writes here comes from the roof, not a keyboard — real jobs, real Chicago weather, real homeowners.
