Definitions and Acknowledgements

“Company”

The term “Company” as used herein, encompasses State Restoration Services, Inc., as well as any of its affiliates, agents, officers, employees, consultants, successors, and all other affiliated individuals, entities, corporations, associations, or partnerships. This definition extends to include, but is not limited to, Consumer Reporting Agencies, both related and unrelated firms, public and private entities, government bodies, law enforcement agencies, and any other parties or persons associated with or relevant to the project on the subject property.

“Subject Property”

The term “Subject Property” referred to herein as “the Property”, designates the building or structure for which State Restoration Services, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') is contracted to provide home improvement services. This Property is privately owned and occupied by its rightful owner, with its specific attributes, encompassing dimensions, structure type (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.), and other pertinent particulars, delineated in the respective agreement with the Company.
