State Restoration Services is hands down the best company I’ve partnered with in the Chicagoland area as a public adjuster. Thanks to their exceptional work, nearly all of my clients have received new roofs, gutters, downspouts, garage doors, and even new floors due to water damage from leaking washers or dishwashers. Their team is not only highly professional but also genuinely cares about each client. I highly recommend them!

The best Adjusters in Wheeling - 100%.

The best roofing company I have ever seen. I have been living in Wheeling for 20 years, and during this time I worked with 3 different roofing companies. But I have never seen such responsibility ever. They did their job perfectly, cleaned everything like it would be very expensive cleaning company, and I paid a lot less than to other companies! Thank you!

Thank you William for helping me with my Insurance Claim. You did a really great job, so I must tell it to all people. I am really great I met you and all people I worked with from State Restoration Services.

Thank you!

Thank you State Restoration Services for a new roof, all went great. I only paid my deductible, amazing job great warranty. Thank you.

The company finds people who they see as vulnerable and promise them that they will take care of everything with their insurance and "not to worry". What they do is inflate their estimates, then submit constant supplemental claims to insurance companies claiming extra work needed to be done once they started their initial job. Bill outrageous false fees for their contractor work and try to get kick backs from the home owners. When they are confronted, they make threats to put leans on homes if not paid. They are a true definition of scammers.

Got the check from insurance and refused to do the job, just took their portion for the "service". Do not deal with them.

Nice, clean, professional!!!!

I’m glad to sure my experience working with Vlad from state Restoration Services. He turned full denial of my insurance claim into a complete approval, also did a gray roof replacement project in timely manner. Jobsite was clean, all guys had safety equipment on them, nothing to complain about, thank you very much

Thank you William for the great job you did on my roof and siding. I told you it sounds too good to be true when I just met you, buy you were right, and everything you promised - you delivered! Roof and siding replaced with absolutely no cost. Thank you!

William and staff did a great job on our roof (house / garage tear off / reshingle), from start to finish. William listened to our concerns so that he could understand the problems we were having and then did an inspection with full assessment. He explained his approach to resolving the problem, offered options and then went over what the job would entail and scheduling. They completed the job as stated and William even stayed behind to do the final cleanup due to an unexpected staffing issue. Very professional and reliable company; I will refer them and use again if needed. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value
