The best roofing company I have ever seen. I have been living in Wheeling for 20 years, and during this time I worked with 3 different roofing companies. But I have never seen such responsibility ever. They did their job perfectly, cleaned everything like it would be very expensive cleaning company, and I paid a lot less than to other companies! The company finds people who they see as vulnerable and promise them that they will take care of everything with their insurance and "not to worry". What they do is inflate their estimates, then submit constant supplemental claims to insurance companies claiming extra work needed to be done once they started their initial job. Bill outrageous false fees for their contractor work and try to get kick backs from the home owners. When they are confronted, they make threats to put leans on homes if not paid. They are a true definition of scammers.

William listened to our concerns so that he could understand the problems we were having and then did an inspection with full assessment. He explained his approach to resolving the problem, offered options and then went over what the job would entail and scheduling.
